My love for baking started as a hobby while working as an ICU nurse, and quickly turned into a passion that I couldn't ignore. I took it upon myself to always improve and learn new techniques to bring unique flavors and textures to all my desserts. At Dessert Anatomy, I am the owner, head baker, and cake artist, and I pour my heart and soul into every treat that comes out of our kitchen. I believe that dessert is not just a treat, but an experience that should be shared, savored, and remembered.
